Prof. David Newman About the Brexit to “Haaretz”

On June 23rd, 2016, the United Kingdom decided to leave the European Union after 44 years, due to the majority vote in favor of Brexit. However, after a year of tough negotiations, Professor David Newman (Ben-Gurion University) claims that over half of British citizens now believe that the final agreement between the UK and the European Union will not benefit the country‏.

Prof. Newman, an expert in political geography and geopolitics, with particular emphasis on border research, and the former Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, offers his analysis‏ in Haaretz website.
